Legislative

DACA is an active participant in the legislative process in the state of Texas. In association with the Texas Construction Association DACA keeps its members informed and up to date with the various bills and legislative issues that affect the construction industry. DACA is a member of the Texas Construction Association and contributes resources annually in support of legislation favorable to our industry. DACA is currently represented on the TCA Board of Directors by Paul Holden of FCS.
